Sometimes we are so good at improving our lives that we can lose some of the benefits of tougher times.

For our ice age ancestors, and also more recently, the key challenges to people surviving were having enough food, and heat. Today we mostly have plenty of these, but we can have so much that it creates a new problem.

Some of our creature comforts, as totally enjoyable as they are, are just not great for our bodies all the time. They deplete our health, increase our weight and other issues..

Being a bit more like our ice-age ancestors just a few times a day, and in modern ways, can make an amazing difference to your overall health.
And how to do this is what Im sharing with you today. (Hint – it’s not about food!)

Watch this and try these two small changes, and you could then be enjoying some of these important benefits – lose weight, improve circulation, stronger immune system, boost testosterone, sharper brain and feel happier.
