For happiness is the core of a meaningful life. We all seek happiness though often along many paths.

Whether through the heart-soaring joy of falling in love and then caring for a relationship over time, a career that fulfils our passion and allows us to share with the world, our spiritual journey, revelling in our body in sport and movement, beautiful and fun times with family, children, friends and pets, or in nature and maybe even hearing the mythical song of the blue bird of happiness…

Happiness is a fragrance, a way of being, a choice, a flowering that needs support to bloom.

P.S. Interesting research finding is that, around the world and in all cultures, the more happiness we feel, the longer we can live! (So seriously focusing on the things we perceive as problems may not be the only answer?)
