Bali Relax Yoga – 3 Min way to De-Stress Your Body
Do you ever find yourself at the end of a busy day, ready to unwind and relax, yet finding your body seems to have forgotten how? This is where ancient physical practices that deeply understand the link between our mind and body, like yoga and qi gong, can be so helpful. For once our body relaxes, our mind can easily follows.
I’ve been in hot, monsoon-y, tropical and flower-perfumed Bali for the last three weeks, giving myself a little slow time between space for working on projects and plans for this coming year.
While doing this I was lucky enough to stay in a vegan/yoga/entrepreneur villa I love that has daily yoga classes included.
And we had a great teacher. She is living in Bali at the moment, and her name is Jane Mellow.
I really enjoyed her classes so I asked her if she could share a quick and helpful pose when we are in busy times… and this pose for relaxation is what Jane shared. It also has an interesting added bonus – in the last part of this pose, where we rocking on our feet, relax our emotions as well as our body. I hope you enjoy this…
