Our eyes are our connection to the world, so today I’m sharing something to help how we look out on the world. For most people, our eyes are how we receive 80% of our sensory input, most of our memories visual and our learning.
They really are key to our lives.
Yes, there are some aspects of a modern lifestyle that is not good for our eyes and can leave them feeling strained, weak, reducing our vision and even lead to deeper eye problems.
Today’s videos to help reverse this.
I’m sharing some easy techniques and understandings that I have learnt and use myself, which can help your eyes to destress and relax, and improve their health, so they feel much better.
This exercise only takes a few minutes to do.
And your eyes will thank you, and feel wonderful afterwards!
