How To Bio Hack Your Life with Ease
I’ve been in sunny Barcelona this last week running a few private retreats for clients here, and during them we have been exploring the relatively new topic of Bio Hacking.
Have you heard of it? Bio hacking is a relatively new concept is exploring how to maximise our biological potential, bringing together science and biology. Finding how to be the best possible version of ourselves, and to live healthier and longer lives. People practicing it are exploring many approaches including technology to monitor their body.
So with my clients I’ve been exploring it another way, and this is bio hacking with mindfulness so the monitor you use becomes your own internal awareness, rather than an external device, and the changes you can bring about in your body come from the mindfulness, from ease.
It seems an interesting new field, if used in balance, and I would love to hear your thoughts on the approach I’m exploring here, and on the whole concept.
