(Vlog) Catching the unusual luck of Mercury retrograde
(Vlog) Catching the unusual luck of Mercury retrograde – filmed and shared from Australia on Oct 9, 2021.
Yup, it’s happening now. ☺ Mercury is retrograde, again.
Many people sigh now and say it seems to be happening so often, which is true – but I love this time for it helps keep the rest of my life and my work, in balance, so want to share the different things to explore, make time for now, and the unusual luck it can bring. The best way I can describe it is that when Mercury goes retrograde (which does happen for 3 weeks every 3 months), it’s our time to ‘breath out’.
For the rest of the time we are probably breathing in – so taking action, moving forward, focusing on things beyond us, living in our more normal logical left-brain focused way. Whereas for these three weeks of Mercury retrograde are the opposite – it’s time for our right, creative, intuitive, non-linear brain, for looking back and completing things left half done, for reconnecting, for conversations not had, for re-view and for making space to take care of all of ourselves.
Yes, this time can be mixed up, sometimes delayed at this time. Like this vlog, which I filmed for you almost two weeks ago as this retrograde phase began, but due to internet problems (common now) and so much else on (am helping my elderly parents move into their new house this week) I’m only sharing it with you now. Still, you do have one more week of this energy – so do make the most of this time, the unexpected luck it can bring, as it can so often come in out of left field ways. ☺
As I filmed this for you in the bright Australian sun something else happened that is so common when Mercury is retrograde, a blooper, so I left it in the video as an example of what our right brains can do at this time!
Have a play with what I’m exploring here, and hope you too can start to love these times of year for the unexpected, creative luck and shifts they can bring.
With love,
Cassandra Punita x
