I finally arrived here for lovely Sydney sunshine last week, after a few delays leaving Bali.

With all my travel recently I was thinking of the ways I have found over my many years of travel to help me to enjoy a good night’s sleep.
To sleep well in spite of jet lag, many different hotels, homes and countries and a hectic schedule. For a good sleep is the best medicine to start healing most problems – it is key for lowering stress, staying healthy and even for losing belly fat!

So I decided to share 3 of my key sleep tips with you. I think you might find these useful.

One is a powerful technique I discovered, and I haven’t heard anyone else talk of it. It does seem a strange thing to do to help you sleep, but it always seems to work!
