(Vlog) Do You ever Procrastinate? Here is a solution….
Have you ever found yourself procrastinating, delaying something that you want the benefits of for another day?
I was talking with a European client yesterday, and he was sharing his frustration with himself and his ‘laziness’. He said, ‘I’m 40 and I should have mastered this by now’ – but still finds himself procrastinating and postponing about doing things that he knows could total change and transform his life. (For him there are two areas he is postponing in – making a little time each morning for fitness, and starting to take steps to find a more fulfilling career.)
Sound familiar at all?
Yes, your procrastination could happen with really different things…..
Maybe it’s about taking action to -Spend less time on your phone, meditate regularly, lose weight, take up a new sport, time with friends, start a business, move house, explore some creativity, travel, learn a new skill or many more.
Yet, even though you know your life could change in so many good ways if you did do these things, do you find yourself often postponing them for another day? You are not alone. 🙂 We all have done this.
But why? Why do we postpone starting things that we know will make us feel happier, healthier, even better off?
The causes are not the obvious ones. Instead, it comes from an old response hidden deep in our body.
This is what I’m exploring in my vlog for you today – what this response is, and steps you can take to side-step procrastination so you start taking steps to explore the new possibilities that have been calling you.
