Do you notice your breathing often?
It is so automatic for us all that its easy to only notice it once in a while.

Yet, try pausing a moment now….. and just feel your breathing.
How does it feel?
Light or deep; into your chest and heart or into your belly, or both; easy or restricted.
Would you like to breathe deeper, more smoothly or without a cough? Try the tip I share in today’s vlog.

Our breath is totally affected by our thoughts and emotions – so being aware of, and calming, our breath can help us feel more relaxed too.

Did you know that our breathing also affects personal space boundaries?
Interestingly this is connected to our lungs (makes sense if you think of them as an interface between our inside and outside world).
The technique I’m sharing on this week’s vlog will also help you with this.

So today I have a quick DIY video for you with a tip you can try now.

The tip? – How to find an acu point on your chest that will help your breathe deepen. Strengthen your lungs.
This is especially essential if you are a current, or recovered, smoker!
Bonus – it will help you be clearer with your personal space boundaries.
And it takes less than a minute to try.

As it is autumn in the northern hemisphere, it is the season of the lungs, and the perfect time to give them some support.
(Living in the south? – It’s also good as you can benefit from this all year round.)
