This week I have been seeing people at Humaniversity in Holland, and on my way home I paused to wander Amsterdam’s canals streets for a while and enjoy this lovely city again.

Then something happened which surprised me at the time, got me thinking…..so I filmed this for you.

Its about different realities, different perceptions and the surprising ways they might be influencing us.

Really seeing how my old conditioning can hold me back from going for what I want and deserve- especially regarding sexual freedom. This is what I am working with at the moment!!

  Yes our past conditioning has a huge affect on our lives, more than we can ever imagine! Especially in relationships, love life, money and our view of people around us. It’s important work to find your way free of it. 🙂
