This week I have been running a retreat in Provence with a yoga teacher called Jeni Howland – and it was such a beautiful and amazing experience!
Lovely people, close connections, transformative experiences, slow time in the mountains, delicious communal meals and all happening in a wonderful chateau overlooking the Alps.

I was thinking of you too as we explored ways to live a life flow…… so I asked Jeni if she could also show you one of the many things she was teaching us on the retreat. We filmed this vlog for you to give you a little taste of this retreat, wherever you are.

Here Jeni is showing you a quick and simple technique to strengthen your back and belly.

This is a key core area of your body as the lower back is connected to physically and emotionally supporting ourselves, and accepting support – and with this in just 5 min a day you can really help yours!
